Friday sports update

Good evening!

Today was a good day (and evening and night), for the PCB members took to the courts to show off their sporting prowess against.. each other. Of course, with such talented members playing in the PCB and if the only way to improve is by playing against a stronger team, it's only logical we play ourselves. Not many can match the high standards of the PCB Syndicate. Especially when it comes to fitness.

At 5:30pm sharp, Navy Seals + Aikkwan was seen warming up outside the Council Room by tossing Frisbees violently. A few cars got stopped by MQ's spinning projectiles. Oh and not to mention it shaved off a small branch of leaves. Seems like Frisbees can be made into WMD. Weapons Manquan uses to Destroy!

Nevertheless after that n00b warmup H3 Chemistry got dismissed and the real action began. After fooling around a bit outside Mugger's Corner (outside Council Room), we proceeded to the basketball courts for a tournament. The deciding of the teams were purely by finger games but as fate would have had it, the Navy Seals all landed up on the same side.

So we played and played and played! The game was pretty exciting with both teams sharing almost equal possession, and with different teams taking the lead at different intervals. Though Fishing Division took an early lead, Navy Seals made a comeback to draw level and then the lead was passed on from team to team before Navy Seals pushed forth for a final hurrah to win the match 69-67! Good job Seals!

As dusk had already settled by the time we finished our basketball, we had to quickly start our next tournament - the PCB Soccer Tournament! Once again, the Navy Seals came out tops, stretching our legs to the limit and then bending the tables' legs to the limit. Navy Seals won with a 3-2 victory and by then PCB was tired and hungry so we went off for dinner!

In any case good job PCB, particularly the Seals!

Strength present today: SL, Goon, MQ, Aikkwan, Kenneth Kong, Chew, Benny, Paul, Keefe, myself!

Man I can't wait for next Friday hohoho! Maybe since Kelvin will be in town by then can get him to join the festivities! OH YES PCB SPORTS CARN FTW! =)
