Wednesday, August 11, 2004To all my PCB members, friends, comrades: Today I have to announce the (un)fortunate expulsion of our beloved vice captain of the PCB Syndicate, Mr Tan Sheng Lin aka Mr Tan Sheng Jug aka Mr Mel-man, whatever. I am sorry but I have to do this otherwise I'd be expelled myself. Mr Tan was expelled by (un)popular vote, and therefore his OUTing must commence. It is not my sole decision, but rather the whole PCB. Not accompanying Kelvin although he could was totally unacceptable. He got his priorities mixed up. Mr Tan is thanked for his services to PCB, including making Mel have one so we could expand our name. Thanks for that. And in the MELee, we had to elect a new vice captain. Like MELzar's Maze in Runescape, the process was a long one, kind of like a caMEL's hump. A vote has been taken at 10pm, 11 August 2004 - and PCB has decided on its new captain. It was a close vote, and the candidates were as cool as can be, looking as though ice would not MELt in their mouths. As the MELofluous music played in the background, finally all the votes have finished being casted. The new vice captain will be sworn in at the same time as Loong tomorrow, 11am. Dining Hall. Please be punctual. The new vice captain is announced as CHAN CHEE (HUN DOMINIC) aka Mod aka Ciniwod. Whatever it is, I feel it is a good choice as at least he has no MELs around to distract him.
PCB looks forward to working with him, and here's to PCB! All the best.
